Russia-Ukraine crisis: European Union agrees on 4th set of sanctions on Russia
At least two people died and 12 were wounded following an air strike on a residential building in Ukraine's capital Kyiv, the country's emergency service said Monday. Shelling was reported in multiple cities throughout the day, with several churches, schools and hospitals also destroyed.
