Trump open to dialogue with North Korea's Kim to fully end nuke programme, White House official says

Seoul: US President Donald Trump remains open to engaging with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to fully end the North's nuclear programme, a White House official said on Monday, after the North said it rejects any attempt to deny its status as a nuclear state.
