Trump says personal lawyer Habba to serve as presidential counselor

Washington: President-Elect Donald Trump announced Sunday that his personal lawyer, Alina Habba, will serve as counselor to the president in his upcoming second term.

Trump said in a Truth Social post that Habba had shown "unwavering loyalty" as part of Trump's legal team across several criminal and civil trials, and called her a "tireless advocate for justice."
