The work monitoring committee is headed by the superintending engineer, and its task is to implement all the works being taken up by the MUDA, and also to record its progress by holding weekly progress review meeting. <br />The process of ‘khata’ registration, revenue collection and maintenance of other records will be computerised. All the details will be uploaded on the website, and details can be obtained at the click of a mouse.<br /><br />‘Spandana’ <br /><br />The authority has established a special cell called ‘Spandana’. Touch screen kiosks, installed at the information centre in its premises, will soon start functioning. People can obtain details of date and time of distribution and receiving of application forms, etc. <br /><br />In the wake of mounting files, the authority has proposed to computerise the related data. Accordingly, all the old documents will be scanned and stored in computers. A database will be developed gradually to keep track of the files.<br /><br /></p>
