<p>FC Barcelona Sporting Director Andoni Zubizarreta has said that new signing Luis Suarez of Uruguay "learned a lesson for the future after what happened against Italy".<br /><br /></p>.<p>Suarez was banned for nine matches and four months from any football activity after he bit Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini in a World Cup group match, reports Efe.<br /><br />"Suarez went to the World Cup after a rushed recovery from a knee injury. He got both goals against England to ensure qualification for the second round but was then involved in a sorry episode with Italian defender Chiellini," Zubizarreta said.<br /><br />"But he showed just how good he is in front of the goal and I'm sure he has learned a lesson for the future after what happened against Italy."<br /><br />Suarez is the fourth player to sign for Barcelona, from Liverpool, during the current transfer window after German goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Croatian midfielder Ivan Rakitic and Chilean goalkeeper Claudio Bravo.<br /><br />Suarez was the Premier League's top goal scorer last season and shared the European Golden Shoe award with Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo.<br /></p>
