Bosch Automotive Electronics India has appointed Panduranga Prabhu as the new Managing Director effective August 1, 2013.
Prabhu will focus on realising the vision of the organisation of being closer to the customers by providing compelling value proposition and customised solutions for the India market, the company said in a statement.
Prabhu takes over from Markus Hildenbrand who will move to Bosch headquarters for an international assignment. He has been the MD of Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt Ltd since its inception in 2008 and will now be return to Germany following the completion of his five year tenure in the current role.
Prabhu has been associated with Bosch for over 26 years.
