Munoth plans new mobile phones

For its handsets Munoth has selected leading companies like Changhong Communications Ltd, Shenzhen, China and Zechin Mobile International Ltd, Hong Kong, the company said. It is launching SC-5 a phone aimed at senior citizen and women on the move.

The phone comes with large key pad, screen, torch like switch, FM radio, packed in robust body. It also has SOS button which when activated plays a loud siren sound attracting attention of people around, sends 10 pre-set SMS to relative, friend, doctor, police, ambulance etc.

It’s screen then freezes and displays name of person, password and link to web sight where medical records of user is stored.
