A Chartered Accountant by qualification, "Gupta has over 31 years of multifarious experience in oil industry in various departments," the company said in a press statement here.
Besides working at the company's refineries, he has also served in the Business Development Group and also worked in Oil Coordination Committee (OCC) of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natrual Gas.
