<p class="rtejustify">Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy is planning to set up an expert committee to look into the problems related to infrastructure and waste management in Bengaluru. </p>.<p class="rtejustify">The plan for the setting of the committee was the outcome of a detailed discussion that the chief minister had with Infosys co-founder N R Narayana Murthy, whom he met on Friday to seek his suggestions on problems plaguing the city. </p>.<p class="rtejustify">During the meeting, Murthy advised the chief minister to take the NGOs working on development issues in the city into confidence while planning and implementing urban development projects. </p>.<p class="rtejustify">The committee will be headed by the chief minister and will meet every two months to review the progress. </p>.<p class="rtejustify">But Murthy, when contacted by <span class="italic"><em>DH</em></span>, said the chief minister's visit was only a courtesy call. He didn't comment on being part of the proposed committee.</p>
