Three experts made panelists

Dileep Padgaonkar, who will chair the meetings the interlocutors will have with the public of Kashmir, is well-known as a journalist and writer, having been the executive editor and editor of the “Times of India”.

Padgaonkar is presently with the Asia Pacific Communications Pvt  Ltd.
Prof M M Ansari, currently the Information Commissioner in the Central Information Commission in New Delhi, is an economist and education specialist who has served in several institutions in senior positions and provided research and consultancy services to national and international organisations.

Peace process specialist
The third member of the interlocutor team, Prof essor (Ms) Radha Kumar, is the director of the Mandela Centre for Peace and Conflict Resolution at Jamia Millia Islamia University and a trustee of the Delhi Policy Group.

She is a specialist on ethnic conflicts and peace processes and has held several important positions in international bodies dealing with peace studies and conflict resolution.
