'Erring' MLAs pin hope on court verdict

 All five disqualified MLAs -- P M Narendraswamy, Goolihatti Shekar, Shivaraj Thangadagi, D Sudhakar and Venkataramanappa -- decided to remain off the scene following Yeddyurappa passing the second floor test on Thursday.

Sources close to them said they have confined themseves to Eagleton resort. JD(S) supremo H D Deve Gowda and H D Kumaraswamy held talks with them after the trust vote. The High Court has posted hearing on their disqualification issue to October 18. During the day, Kumaraswamy met Governor H R Bhardwaj at Raj Bhavan.
