The programme is aimed at creating a readily available pool of quality professionals in the booming automobile industry in India. The Volkswagen Group will offer training and technical support to HEA to enhance its students’ employability in the automobile sector.
It will train the diploma engineering students (mechanical and automobile) students and help bridge the gap between the course curriculum offered by HEA and the requirements from automobile industry.
After a student successfully completes the VG – TAP, and the requisite practical
training, he or she will be eligible to apply for suitable positions with various authorised dealers of Volkswagen situated across India.
