Sudhir Bhalla appointed HR Director at IOC

"Prior to his elevation to the Board of Directors, he was Executive Director (HR) of IOC's Refineries Division," a company press statement said here.

Bhalla has over three decades of experience in HR at IOC and has handled the entire gamut of activities in the HR function.

"Acknowledged widely for his 'People First, Business Follows' approach of mentoring people for leadership positions, Bhalla has driven several innovative schemes that have helped in preparing IOC for the next level," the statement added.
