Student killed in accident

According to the police, Sharif was riding pillion on his friend’s bike when the accident occurred.

A speeding moped rider from the opposite direction lost control and rammed into the bike on Nehru Road. Sharif fell down and sustained severe head injuries.

He was rushed to Nimhans where he died hours later. The moped rider also sustained injuries in the accident, added the police.
