<p>The convicts are Seena, Ishwarappa and Pavan Kumar. Seena was a worker at a farm house owned by Rayappa of Chokkanahalli in Bangalore North taluk. <br /><br />He conspired with Ishwarappa and Pavan Kumar and hacked Rayappa to death on February 14, 2009. The trio fled collecting Rayappa’s jewellery and Rs 2,000.<br /><br />The Bagalur police arrested them and submitted a charge sheet to the court. B M Karjol was the public prosecutor in the case and Judge H Ramu gave the verdict. <br /><br />The accused were charged with offences under IPC Sections 302 (murder), 120-B (criminal conspiracy), and 34 (common intention).</p>
