Govt defers new cos bill

“The (Companies) Bill is not going to be tabled in the current session. It will be introduced in the next (Budget) session,” Corporate Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid indicated here on Wednesday. “Recommendations of the Committee are still being studied. We would like to incorporate most of the recommendations of the committee,” Khurshid said.
