Adarsh refutes charges

Responding to the charges made by Kumaraswamy at a press conference on Sunday, Adarsh Developers partner B M Karunesh clarified that in several cases their firm had not even got land from the government.

Kumaraswamy had alleged that Adarsh Developers had been allotted 28 acres at Singanahalli Industrial Area for setting up of an electronic hardware park. However, Karunesh said his firm had not pursued the proposal with the State High-Level Clearance Committee and had decided not to implement the project. Therefore, the question of land allotment does not arise, he said.

He also rubbished charges that Adarsh Developers had been allotted 25 acres at Machenahalli village in Shimoga Industrial area to set up an IT park.
