Fake marks card racket busted, one held

The accused, Madhu K (35) was arrested by the Cheating & Misappropriation sqaud of the city crime branch on November 27, police said.

He not only used to approach failed students of Bangalore University and furnish them fake marks cards by charging them huge sums but also used to furnish fake degree mark cards of other universities and duplicate migration certificates to students who asked for them at a price.
