Dr V K Ramteke, Director General (Rly Health Services), Railway Board appreciated that nursing fraternity was involved in continued nursing education to keep their knowledge updated. Presently nursing services have become highly accountable and responsible, he noted. He advised the railway nursing fraternity to improve their skills and knowledge.
Chief Medical Officer Dr N Parashivamurthy also spoke. Power point and lectures marked the first day of the event.
