The court also directed the woman’s husband to pay her Rs 45,000 as maintenance and Rs 30,000 towards her house rent within six weeks.
While allowing a petition filed by Evneet, who sought an order to reside in the South Extension Part II house, which is claimed to be owned by her mother-in-law Kavita, the court directed her husband Prashant and Kavita to appear before it on January 4, 2011.
The court then asked Evneet to look for an alternative house once her husband starts paying her the money. It also disposed of a petition by Kavita seeking Evneet’s eviction.
