The advocates headed by Siraj Bhasha and K N Balakrishna, members of a forum called "Justice Lawyers" told reporters outside Raj Bhavan that they had submitted a 150-page complaint attached with 1,500 supporting documents. The complaint was to seek sanction from the Governor to prosecute the Chief MInister, his two sons and his cabinet colleagues "under section 13 and 14 of the 1988 Anti-Corruption Act.
“They have violated a number of rules, causing a loss of Rs 5,000 crore to the State exchequer. They should be tried by the special court," the advocates demanded.
