Yet another award

Ramesh Sippy, the President of the Film and Television Producers Guild of India, gave an award to the former Miss World for the cinematic excellence of her work in the film Guzaarish.

The jury felt that her outstanding performance as the leading lady in an extremely difficult, sensitive and challenging role was indeed an extraordinary accomplishment.

Despite delivering back-to-back flops in 2010 (Raavan, Action Replay and Guzaarish), looks like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan hasn’t had such a bad year after all!
