Techser opens Rs.2 crore manufacturing facility

Techser Power Solutions Limited, a Bangalore based manufacturer of power conditioning equipment like UPS systems opened its Mysore branch at Hootagalli Industrial area here.

Industrialist Mallikarjuna Bommai inaugurated the new facility of Techser spread across the 20,000 sq ft area.

The company has invested about ` 2 crore to increase the manufacturing capacity by 50 per cent.

The addition of the facility has expanded the business of Techser by ` 5 crore and will create employment opportunity for at least 200 technical and skilled personnel.

In his address at the inauguration, Narayan G Sabahith, Managing Director said Techser has a full fledged design and development department wherein the Design Engineers continuously involved in developing new products and improve existing product design for better performance.

The company has developed an on-line UPS of 2KVA and 3 KVA, as an alternate to UPS which are imported from China. The product aims at helping Indian industries as an indigenous alternative to imported ones. 

Techser has taken on socio-environment responsibility towards issues such as global warming and reducing the emissions of carbon dioxide and has entered into solar integration and has a separate techsolar division, he said adding that they provided solar solutions to many rural banks.
