"The government is not giving the complete truth...the government is deliberately trying to withhold entire facts. Somebody has to come out clean, and I think it is the Prime Minister who must now speak out as it is a department under him," Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley told PTI here.

Jaitley claimed that the PMO has been coming out with "inadequate denials" stating only incomplete facts.

He also sought to know the nature of the agreement between ISRO's commercial arm Antrix and Devas Multimedia on S-band allocation.

"How was it arrived at, how was the valuation done, is this entire bogey of attempted annulment actual or is it a farcical one," he quipped.

To a question on people involved in the agreement, he said such decisions are not taken at a low level.

"They have been taken at an almost the highest level in the government where the Prime Minister's Office certainly seems be involved...now who was involved and who was aware of this.

And were they even aware of the value they were transferring are questions that remain unanswered," he said.
