Member of Parliament H Vishwanath laid foundation for the works estimated at ` 21 lakh at Vishwamanava Park at Kuvempunagar in Ward no 18. Corporator K V Mallesh, the brain behind the works told media that the library will be a first of its kind with complete works of the litterateur made available to the readers.
On the top of library, a statue of the writer will be installed. The deadline for the works is six months, he added.
