Karnataka Dalit Sangharsha Samithi has condemned the district administration for delaying the construction of Dr B R Ambedkar and Babu Jagjivan Ram Bhavans in the city.
Despite repeated requests, the State Government has failed to construct the halls in memory of the late leaders. Even though the Government allotted sites in 2005, it is yet to start construction work.
A protest will be held on February 28 in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office at 10.30 am.
