<p>Madonna "devastated" by the news has cancelled the show which was to be held on Sunday, reported Guardian online.<br /><br />The two victims killed in the accident, which took place in the Stade Velodrome auditorium, were of British and French nationality.<br /><br />The 53-year-old Frenchman, Charles Criscenzo, was killed instantly when the structure collapsed during the set-up of the stage while Charles Prow, 32, who was admitted in intensive care with serious injuries died overnight.<br /><br />The popstar was in Udine, Italy at the time of incident and released a statement expressing her grief.<br /><br />"My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news," the singer said in a statement. <br /></p>
