Meet on CRM

The programme will be inaugurated by Bank of Maharashtra former Chairman and Managing Director Allen C A Pereira. St Agnes College Principal Dr Sr Marie Prem D’Souza will preside.

Mangalore University Department of Business Management Professor and Chairperson Dr Mustiary Begum will be the guest of honour.The two-day conference will have different sessions such as ‘An overview of CRM,’ ‘Review and scope of CRM in the service sector,’ ‘CRM experiences and Best Practices,’ ‘Technology and process in CRM,’ ‘CRM technologies currently in the market,’ ‘Relevance and scope of CRM in the manufacturing and retail sectors,’  and ‘Scope for research in the field of CRM’.

The main aim of the conference is to create awareness of CRM and its practicability to industry and academia, said Programme Co-ordinator Nancy Vaz.
