Suggestions given
A technical committee had submitted a report on the conditions of the roads giving suggestions, but none of the suggestions had been implemented.
Taking cognisance of the time elapsed between the filing of the writ petition and its hearing, the Court directed the BBMP to file an affidavit about the measures it intended to adopt to improve the road infrastructure.
