Mukesh Kumar was apprehended by a team of Delhi Police's Crime Branch when he came near Ambedkar Hospital in Rohini on Tuesday to allegedly sell banned drugs, Ashok Chand, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime), said.
"He is a a drug addict and could not meet his expenses to buy contrabands. So he started selling drugs. He was earlier convicted in a drug peddling case. He is involved in two other cases of drug peddling and another case of illicit liquor trade," Chand said.
400 grams of cocaine was allegedly recovered from him.
