Court disposes of Pooja Gandhi case

The actor had approached the Court seeking a stay on the release of her film ‘Nee Illade,’ until the financial disputes were resolved. The film is slated to be released on March 25.
Pooja claimed that Shivaganapathi owed her Rs four lakh and had agreed to pay her the amount before the completion of the film.

Both the actor Pooja Gandhi and producer cum director Shivaganapathi reached an agreement. As per the agreement, Pooja Gandhi will get distribution rights of the film in Hyderabad-Karnataka and Mangalore-Dakshina Kannada region. While collection in excess of Rs four lakh will go to Shivaganapathi. However, if the film does not recover the amount owed to the actor, she will have to absorb the loss.
