MP Brajbhushan Singh Thakur's son Prateek and two others namely Karan Singh and Mukesh Kumar Singh were produced before the court of Judicial Magistrate in Balotara yesterday where the judge sent them to judicial custody.
They were arrested along with one pistol, three rifles and several live cartridges from Jodhpur-Barmer highway on Saturday during a check. Prateek was in a car with red beacon while the rest two were in another car, police said.
During preliminary investigation, the accused said they were on their way to a fair in Barmer to purchase a horse, they said.
