Speaking after inaugurating the scheme, Panse said the bank is committed to achieve the target in the region (areas with more than 2,000 population) by March 2012. On the other hand, plans are also on the anvil to include the areas with less than 200 population, in the next three years, she added.|
On the occasion, Panse also handed over the Vijaya Vikas Smart Cards to a few customers symbolically. Through these smart cards the rural customers and avail the banking services through the bank’s representatives without visiting the bank, she informed.
