'Withdraw order on gomala land'

 
This land is owned by the farmers from 60 years. They also have the Khatas  of the land. But the forest  department is conspiring to take over 2675 acres of land from more than 18 villages in the taluk, alleged Bharath Kisan Sabha General Secretary M Gopal.

He also accused that the pahani of the land in the name of forest department.

He demanded the tahsildar to undertake survey of the land and submit the report to the government. A memorandum was submitted to tahsildar Harishilpa. Taluk Panchayat member Shankar, Ramachandra and others were present.
