<p>A petition was filed by the residents stating that at least 100 garbage trucks were parked every day on 32nd and 33rd main of the Colony and this was causing a major hindrance. On January 5, 2011, the Court directed the BBMP to clear the trucks in two months’ time.<br /><br />However, the BBMP had filed an interlocutory application (IA) claiming helplessness in the issue as the other respondents in the case had not co-operated. <br /><br />The Court however, disposed of the IA and gave a month’s time to clear the garbage trucks from the area.</p>
