Troubled Kings XI issued notice

 A search was conducted at house number 189 in Sector 19 here — the office premises of KPH Dream Cricket Private Limited — late Tuesday, according to the officials of the estate office. KPH Dream Cricket Private Limited is owned by a consortium which includes Bollywood actress Preity Zinta and industrialists Mohit Burman, Ness Wadia, and Karan Paul.

The owners had taken five rooms of the house on rent, on the ground and first floors, to make their guest house.

“Many computers were installed in these rooms. There was a proper reception, waiting room and conference hall. They were using the premises as an office, which is in violation with the local bylaws,” said an official of the estate office.

Residents of this area, who were irked with the haphazard parking of dozens of cars outside the house and due to late night movements, had filed a complaint with the estate office.
