Plea to clear encroachment

In a memorandum submitted to the ZP CEO the villagers have complained that B S Jayachandra and T V Gopalappa have encroached  upon the grama thana land in the village and have barred access to the public about one-and-a-year ago. The land was used as a road for years together. TP executive officer had directed to clear the encroachment on March 5 itself and the ZP president withheld the order on June 30. However, the secretary of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department has upheld the order of the TP. The authorities, should therefore act earnestly to clear the encroachment.
