City schools, students revel

The City witnessed success with most schools- Sri Kumaran Children's Home, Delhi Public School (South), The Oxford Senior Secondary School, National Hill View Public School-scoring 100 per cent result.

The proud principal of NHVPS, Rama Ranganathan, who attributes the success to the staff and students of her school, said "Excellence is an attitude cultivated and nurtured by those who care to create an excellent environment. This is shown in the performance of our students."

Akshay Raman of Delhi Public School, ecstatic at scoring 96.8 pc, said: "I found all the papers easy and I am very happy with my results, which will help me pursue mechanical engineering."

Another high flier, Arjav Jain, who missed out on a centum in Math, yet ended up scoring a high 96.2 pc said, "Surprisingly I scored the same percentage as I did in 10th. I really worked hard and I am happy that my hard work has finally paid off."

He now wants to pursue engineering with computer science. Asserting that her love for the subjects she chose was what made her score high, Maitreyi Shekhar Rishpana emerged the topper of National Hill View Public School scoring a high 96.4 pc, while her friend Akshita Ramani scored a 95.8 pc.

Riya Agarwal, who topped NPS, Koramangala ensured she studied everyday to avoid last minute preparation.

Her schoolmate, Keshav Ramaswamy clear understanding of concepts and confidence was the key to his success. He scored a 95.8 pc and stood second in his school.
 Chirag Jain and Punya Suvarna both from DPS South scored 96.6 and both desire to pursue Medicine.

Aspiring to become lawyers, Trisha Chandran of DPS(South) and Krithika Padode of NPS Indiranagar scored 95.2 pc and 94.6 pc respectively in the commerce stream. With "make it or break it" being her motto, an elated Krithika said systematic studying and continuous revisions were what made her achieve her goal.
