“The Department of Information Technology has prepared draft rules in respect of sections 52, 54, 69, 69A, 69B, 70B(1) and 70B(5)... Comments on the draft rules hosted on the website are invited from any person, including group of individuals, firms, organisations, companies, associations, service providers and intermediaries,” an official statement said.
The last date for submission of comments is May 18, 2009.
