Status quo on Iskcon for six weeks

The Division Bench comprising Justices Arali Nagaraj and H N Nagmohan Das, while refusing to stay its order restrained Iskcon Mumbai from effecting any change in its Bangalore branch, including the employees at the temple located on the West of Chord Road.

The court also ruled that the Akshaya Patra scheme and other schemes initiated by Bangalore branch will continue to operate without any hindrance and the order passed in favour of the head branch will have no effect on the operation of such schemes and trust running them.
