Giving his best shot

Many young girls were seen swooning over his chocolate boy looks while others were carrying posters with marriage proposals and declaration of their love for the actor during the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL).

Just hours before the match, Metrolife found the actor in the hotel catching up with his buddies from other industries and even obliging for a quick photo with the fans. Playing for the ‘Telugu Warriors’ in this tournament, Siddharth says that he is having a ball.

“Ever since CCL was announced, I have been looking forward to the games. I have always been a huge fan of the game and getting to play in such well-known cricket stadiums is a big honour for us,” says Siddharth, who will soon be seen in the Telugu movie ‘180’.

Though Siddharth is outside his comfort zone right now, he feels that it will take time to get used to playing such a big match. “At the end of the day, we are actors who are trying out something different. It doesn’t matter who wins or loses, as long as we go out there and play a good game,” he signs off.
