The CBI arrested Ghosh in Kolkata in May.
The arrest of Ghosh who can influence decisions in 39 ordnance factories –– also put seven defence firms under scanner. They include including Israeli Military Industries, two Singapore-based company and a Polish firm.
According to the information released in the Rajya Sabha, the total value of the IMI contracts is about Rs 1,210 crore while that of for BBT Poland is Rs 292 crore.
