The films to be screened are Aakramana, Tabarana Kathe, Mane, Krourya, Thai Saheba, Nayi Neralu, and Haseena at the Rangamandira, near Dayananda Sagar College, Opp Vasudha Bhavana, Teachers Colony.
The two-day seminar on Kasaravalli’s cinematic creations will be held at Suchitra Film Society, Banashankari 2nd Stage, and will be inaugurated by renowned Kannada writer U R Ananthamurthy on June 18.
Critics like N Vidyashankar and director B Suresha will present papers at the symposium.
The key-note address will be by film critic Prof N Manu Chakravarthy.
