This small eatery is a big hit among people. Shikha M, the owner of the joint always wanted to open a place to eat. And when she chanced upon a good opportunity and location, she didn’t think twice before opening one. She says, “Once I was scouting for an ethnic fast food joint to eat, where we would feel comfortable and also one that served hygienic food. That’s when I thought of starting this place because I knew there would be many other people like me who have a similar taste.”

The place has a lot to offer apart from chaats. You can find every conceivable variety of ‘chaat’ you could think of alongside other food items like sandwiches, rolls, sweets and juices. The chaats they serve here are inspired by the Mumbai streetfood. One should especially savour the mouth-watering Bombay Vada Pav which is a favourite with most people. Says Shikha, “This is a popular item here and is very similar to the vada pav that is famous in Mumbai.” And yes, served with a chilli, this will surely set your taste buds yearning for more. This can be clubbed with a tall glass of Thandi Lassi, which can be had with salt or sugar.

Apart from this, other chaats that people love to eat are Aloo Tikki Chhola and Raj Kachori which is a version of samosa minus the potato filling. For sandwich lovers, there is veg cheese grill, tomato grill or bread butter grill which are equally tasty and filling. And it is not all about spice! People with a sweet tooth can savour the Mithaas with Gulab Jamun or the Gajar Halwa. Kulfis are also available and you can either opt for Kesar badam or Pista and the Elaichi special. At the end of this food delight you can go in for a Desi sip with either Masala Shikanji or Chatakara Jaljeera. To top it all, there are other exciting combos on offer too.

This is one place that people love going back to and they have their regulars. Says Dhanraj, a working professional, “I am a total foodie and when I came to this place I just fell in love with the variety they offer. It is a good place to hang out in the evening after work over a plate of snacks. Moreover, the people who work here are friendly.” And the reasonable pricing makes the whole experience worthwhile.
