AIFF deal for Arrows

Last Updated 15 June 2011, 17:15 IST

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the AIFF general secretary Kushal Das and Apurba Saha, founder and member of Pailan Group at the Football House here.
The team, earlier known as AIFF XI and based in Gurgaon, will now be rechristened as Pailan Indian Arrows. It will have its new base in Kolkata.

While Pailan will take care of training, lodging, food and other logistics, the technical aspects, including players’ signings and appointment of coaches and support staff, will be under AIFF’s control.
