Komul to expand its market reach

Kolar Milk Union Limited (Komul) has initiated several measures to expand its market.

President of the Komul, Jayasimha Krishnappa announced this at a function held to inaugurate a new milk stall near Gaddur village on Tirupati-Bangalore Highway-4, on Friday. He reiterated that the organisation is committed to its primary objective of milk producers’ welfare.

Komul Director Kadenahalli Nagaraj, who presided over the programme, called upon the milk producers not to support private dairies.

Elaborating on the welfare schemes for the milk producers undertaken during his tenure as the Komul president, Nagaraj advised his successors to continue implementation of these schemes.

Komul Marketing Manager Dr G Krishnareddy, Assistant Manager Dr Ramesh and Extension Officer Shankarareddy were present on the occasion.
