<p> Addressing the media person, here recently, president of the Group, Prof Somashekar said that, during the NCC camp conducted in the school in 2008, in which he participated as a chief guest, he noticed that the school was lacking basic amenities.<br /><br />In order to help the students, the group has provided toilet, compound with gate, drinking water facilities through overhead tank, he said.<br /><br />A well-equipped kitchen will be constructed at the school, for which the Government has released funds of Rs 60,000 and the group has contributed Rs 2 lakh for the purpose.<br /><br />He suggested the school authorities in the rural areas, to utilise the resources provided by the government and by the donors for the educational progress of the schools.</p>
