Bail sought by suspects in 2G scam

A Bench comprising Justices G S Singhvi and H L Dattu sought the response on their contentions that the probe agency had acted in an arbitrary manner to charge them in the case.

Both the accused sought bail claiming the CBI had already completed its investigations against them.
