Ashok Soota launches 'Happiest Minds'

Headed by CEO & Managing Director Vikram Gulati, the new company will provide services and solutions on new emerging technologies like cloud computing, social media, mobility, analytics and security, said Soota, who is the Executive Chairman, Happiest Minds Technologies.

The company will have a capital of Rs 200 crore, it will be partly funded by venture capital funds, and has already got 60 accepted offers, Soota said. Happiest Minds is built on three levers-- next generation technologies, select solutions and the framework for enabling happiness for the team and customers, he said.

Soota explained that Happiest Minds will be differentiated by its sharp focus on technologies, focused solutions, people brand, deep domain expertise and non-linear growth.
