He alleged that H N Krishna the then KPSC chairman had involved in casteism, nepotism and fudging records.

Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, he demanded that instead of KPSC, a central commission should be named.

Shivaramu warned of carrying out an intensive agitation if suitable action wasn’t taken up against H N Krishna, they warned.  Mysore Lingaraju, Balakrishna Sangapura, M Revanna and Mysore Basavanna were present at the press conference.

Vignana Rotary

Rotary Mysore is organising ‘Vignana Rotary exhibition’ at Rotary Mysore Brindavan School for high school students from November 18 to 20.

Project chairman Raghavendra K S said, the application forms would be available at the school. The last date for submitting duly-filled application forms along with a synopsis is October 3.

The synopsis would be evaluated and 30 of the best exhibits would be selected for the exhibition. The schools would be informed of the result by October 10.

Cash prize of Rs 15,000 for the winning school, Rs 10,000 for first runner-up, Rs 6,000 for second runner-up and Rs 3,000 as consolation prize have also been earmarked, he said.
